  I own a property in Nantucket Village, however these mobsters act as if they are the actual owners. I fell behind my HOA fees for 15 days and I received a threatening letter that they will take me to court if I did not pay immediately. The Representative of HPM goes to the HOA meetings and directs them, as well as she suggests "improvements" that of course, benefits her company. The Board of my HOA is in bed with them, they do not acknowledge the conflict of interest here. I have tried to dissolve this unduly relationship. I was forced to wave my rights over to them in order to put new patio doors. The document forces people to accept entrance to my house without my permission and replace the doors if they are not to their likening. Now, I am in the military, I had to send letter after letter reminding them that under Sailor and Soldier Relief Act, I am protected from Civil Litigation. Yet the proceed with a law suit.

  Unfortunately the Management Service here is terrible. I pay my dues on time so I'm not sure what the problem is. I sent several emails that are never acknowledged. There is dog feces all over the area which is never addressed. Our money is spent on Landscaping that was never done correctly. Are carpet is stained and ripped it since 2006. Our money is basically wasted and our rates keep going up. They will have their management team poorly paint. We literally have 16 year olds that are cleaning our building. They vacuum in 2 minutes. Not once has the carpet ever been shampooed. Wood is rotting and falling apart on the decks but instead our money is spent on Landscaping that isn't properly done. I personally clean our own Condo building. They don't notify us of anything they won't even explain to us where our money is being spent. This is the worst management company I have ever worked with and there is zero communication. Nobody and the management even looks at our properties an overseas services that are done that is why they are done incorrectly
