  I know that there is one guy that likes them according to the reviews below...but that guy isn't me. Well it costs about the same as Supercuts. You get about the same kind of haircut without the money back guarantee. Gave very clear direction about what I wanted and felt like she just cut my hair the way she wanted to. When asked "what don't you like..." I was speechless.
  
  So just stay away. They may be great for women; I don't know.
