  The absolute worst US post office I've ever used. Unbelievably and consistently rude and lazy service. I frequently drive to Crystal Lake just to avoid having to use this place and it's only three minutes away from me. Please clean house and put in some people who appreciate having a job.

  Had a question about shipping flammable items very small quantity 1 oz touch up paint for car the 800 number said there was an hour wait at 8:30 in the morning. Started doing some checking and found out the 800 number is the same for every post office it doesn't go directly to that post office. So I drove down there and found out nobody was on the phone so why am I waiting an hour is this ran by the government oh my bad. Slow at getting anything done as usual.
