  "Under new ownership" means nothing has changed here since it's been closed for more than two years. Don't get me wrong, the set up is nice, just like any other self car wash, but the thing that gets me the most is the cost here. If and when I go to any other car wash in the surrounding area, 25¢ of my hard earned money equates to 30 seconds of wash time. That's not the case here. You get a measly 20¢ of time. Why is my money more valuable at other locations compared to this one?
  
  In my opinion, if you're going to rip off your customers of their time and money, you should have stayed closed.
